Requirements: All therapists wanting to join Talkspace must possess and provide proof of:
- Independent, state-board-approved clinical license (e.g., LPC, LMHC, LCSW, LMFT)
- Individual professional malpractice liability insurance policy
- Individual NPI & CAQH numbers
- Current residence in the USA
Compensation: You will receive $70 for each 60-minute live session; compensation for sessions is state-dependent based on your client's location. Rates for shorter sessions (30- and 45-minute) will be prorated. Asynchronous messaging fees vary according to client plans and their state. Additionally, bonuses based on client engagement are available.
