Position: Associate Director of Nursing Location: Brooklyn, NY Pay Rate: $75/hr Schedule: Days 5x8 8a-4p or 7a-3p Shift Possible weekends Duties: • Plans, implements, and evaluates all clinical care services provided by the unit, as well as all associated administrative operations and activities • Designs, establishes, and maintains an organizational structure and staffing to effectively accomplish the organization's goals and objectives; recruits, employs, trains, supervises, and evaluates unit staff • Reviews, establishes, and maintains patient care protocol s and standards, ensuring that all federal and state policies, regulations, and guidelines for patient care are met • Establishes and coordinates quality improvement, safety, and infection control programs • Oversees the overall operations of the unit (s) reporting to this position Requirements: • Minimum five (5) years of clinical experience and minimum three (3) years administrative experience • Must have minimum two (2) years of Infection Control or Quality Improvement experience. • Master's Degree in Nursing (MSN) required. • Licensed Registered Nurse required.
