The Part-Time Student Program is primarily designed to augment the Company's regular full-time staff and is for students who work in parallel to their school schedule YEAR-ROUND.

Your Responsibilities

As a Part Time Student Apprentice Customer Service Representative for John Deere Financial World Headquarters located in Johnston, IA you will:

Researches, analyzes, and responds to customer inquiries.

Contacts customers to resolve outstanding customer service issues.

Assists supervisors in the continuous improvement of the customer service delivery process.

Documents customer interactions and product/service issues, entering descriptive information online to provide history and tracking of issue resolution.

Collects on past due accounts utilizing available technology and collection strategies. Negotiates payment plans with past due customers.

Assists with account resolutions for misapplied cash and refers problem accounts to supervisors.

Manages assigned accounts to maintain low levels of delinquency.

This position is not available to students on immigration visas.

What Skills You Need

Understanding of credit management. Has a good understanding of the principles and can independently use the knowledge.

Knowledge of the Company's credit policies. Has a good understanding of the principles and can independently use the knowledge.

Education

Registered and pursuing a high school degree currently at the sophomore level or higher Job Ref: 106355
