Job Type Full-time Description An exciting opportunity to help build and lead a team in a new community-based program with a $5000 Sign on Bonus! The Youth ACT program provides families with a comprehensive team of professionals-from psychiatrists to peer advocates-to deliver intensive, coordinated, and individualized services and therapeutic interventions to maintain the child in the home, school, and community. The Youth ACT team provides in-home and community treatment to children, adolescents and their families in order to promote positive change. As the Youth ACT Supervisor, you'll play an integral role in developing the multidisciplinary team and shaping the service delivery of the program. The Youth ACT Supervisor leads the multidisciplinary team providing staff development and supervision, coordinating with community partners, providing clinical services and managing the program. Job Responsibilities:

  • Youth ACT staff recruitment, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding in partnership with Director of Crisis Services.
  • Team Administration: Lead team meetings and service planning meetings. Organize team contacts and schedules with the assistance of Program Assistant.
  • Supervision: Provide individual and group supervision to staff in the Youth ACT Program. Provide clinical oversight of Youth ACT cases and support consistent implementation of clinical best practices across the team.
  • Direct Services: Provide direct services to clients and families as part of the clinical team.
  • Referral management: Either directly or through task delegation to staff respond to program inquiries; process, assess, track, and manage referrals and assign client contacts
  • Data reporting: Either directly or through task delegation to staff, complete data reporting as required by agency, county and OMH.
  • On-call support: Manage on-call scheduling and responsibilities for HBCI Youth ACT staff and rotate on-call coverage responsibilities

Requirements You must have:
  • New York licensed mental health clinician (LCSW, LMSW, LMHC, LMFT, PhD, or PsyD) with relevant experience in child, adolescent, and family therapy, as well as mental health crisis intervention.
  • Valid New York driver's license that meets agency standards.
