Customer Growth Specialist UniFirst is on the lookout for a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Customer Growth Specialist. In this role, you will work diligently to boost sales within our existing customer accounts, focusing on a designated market territory. By harnessing strong relationships with current customers, you will drive organic growth and enhance profitability by introducing additional products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with current clients to uncover opportunities and deepen their collaboration with UniFirst, offering tailored services, products, and solutions.
  • Collaborate with the Customer Service team to strategize and expand our market presence.
  • Conduct presentations with potential clients as needed.
  • Achieve a target of 80 activities per week, which includes 8 Facility Needs Analysis meetings, 3 presentations, and securing 1 sale.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Proficient with mobile technology, Microsoft Office Suite, and CRM software.
  • Prior experience in outside business-to-business sales or route sales preferred.
  • Must comply with UniFirst's vehicle insurance standards if using a personal vehicle for work.
