Job Requirements Required Qualifications: - Current California Clinical Laboratory Scientist license
- ASCP certification (MT/MLT/MLS)
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field from an accredited institution
- 3+ years of experience as a Clinical Laboratory Scientist
- Strong foundation in biochemistry, microbiology, immunology, and genetics
- Working knowledge of healthcare regulations and quality standards
- Leadership mindset with strong organizational and decision-making skills
Preferred Qualifications: - Master's degree in a related field
