Clinic Supervisor LHH Recruitment Solutions is hiring a Clinic Supervisor for our healthcare client located in the South LA area. This position will be 100% onsite and a direct role for our client. Interested candidates will need to be available outside of working hours in case of emergencies. This role will be focused on overall operation for the clinic, including overseeing staff, administrative and clinical, helping with performance management and ensuring the clinic is reaching monthly goals and targets. Additional duties include:
- Overseeing daily clinic operations, ensuring smooth workflow and patient care delivery.
- Supervising and supporting clinical and administrative staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
- Ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, safety standards, and organizational policies.
- Monitoring patient flow and appointment scheduling to optimize efficiency and reduce wait times.
- Handling patient concerns or complaints, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Coordinating with physicians and healthcare providers to support clinical services and patient care plans.
- Managing inventory and ordering of medical and office supplies.
- Tracking and reporting on clinic performance metrics, such as patient satisfaction, productivity, and quality indicators on a weekly basis.
- Implementing quality improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery.
- Supporting onboarding and training of new staff and temporary personnel.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree desired
- Minimum 5 years clinical operations/leadership experience
- Must be knowledgable of FQHC regulations
- Experience working within EMR Systems and Microsoft Office
- Valid Driver's License and reliable form of transportation

Pay Details: $80,000.00 to $105,000.00 per year
