The Creative Manager works closely with Operations, Information Technologies and the Marketing team to design solutions with high visual impact through a multitude of creative mediums. This position must be able to emulate and enhance the 85°C brand and execute the vision of the leadership team. This position will create various assets for store layouts, merchandising, digital media, and other mediums in order to convey the 85C retail experience. The Creative Manager will be tasked with supervising creative aspects of Marketing as directed by the Marketing Director. Qualifications- - BS/BA degree in Graphic Design or Similar. - Twoyears of experience in creating multimedia artwork, layouts and videos

QualificationsRequired Skills and Abilities -Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. -Must have good leadership, coaching, & supervisory skills -Excellent interpersonal skills, with high self-confidence and the ability to clearly communicate complex information -In-depth understanding of 85C product, brand image and future vision -Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed assigned targets and deadlines. -Ability to take ideas and transform then into visual representations. -Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously without sacrificing deadlines or quality of work. -Demonstrated knowledge of product presentation and fixture management. -Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, and Premiere. Knowledge of After Effects, Audition and Excel a plus. -Basic knowledge of WordPress. Must be able to make, supervise, or proof edits to our existing website. Job Duties Take assigned graphic projects and create print, digital, and multimedia marketing materials (i.e. brochures, advertisement, displays, presentations, website, YouTube/video, and social media applications); manage and ensure design delivery by deadline. Design store set plans in relation to seasonal timeframes, product launches, and market trends; create and implement compelling in-store marketing and visual merchandising to stimulate sales and accurately portray and represent the 85°C brand. Contribute to the conceptualization and creation of brand-consistent campaigns for routine promotions and new products. Evaluate and update the 85CBakerycafe.com site and all social media outlets to maintain brand fidelity, content quality, and program reach. Perform any other duties as required and assigned by the Marketing Director or direct Supervisor.
