LHH is seeking a CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE for a contract-to-hire position in NW Houston, TX. Position: CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE Type: contract-to-hire Location: HYBRID SCHEDULE (77429 zip code) Pay Range: $19-19.50/hr DOE Work Schedule: M-F, 8-5 SUMMARY: The Customer Service Representative (CSR) works closely with customers as a first line of contact for billings and service inquiries. Customer Service Representatives serve as the voice of The Company and are an integral part of our mission to ensure customer satisfaction. This critical role requires strong communications skills and an ability to work directly with customers by phone and email to provide exceptional customer service! Additional skills include the ability to quickly learn new business processes, as well as, billings and service tracking tools. DUTIES: • Building and managing strong customer relationships and communication • Determining the right course of action or escalation path for customer requests/issues • Utilizing creative problem-solving skills to resolve functional problems • Perform work on related projects QUALIFICATIONS: • High school diploma SKILLS: • Proficient computer skills with demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office Suite • Strong customer management skills • Excellent organizational and time management skills • Excellent communication skills with proven ability to 'listen' and empathize with the customer • Excellent problem-solving skills and high degree of patience EXPERIENCE: • At least 1 year of Customer Service or related experience • Experience in a customer service position at an energy company or utility is desirable Pay Details: $19.00 to $19.50 per hour Search managed by: Nicole Vassiliades Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
