Director of Marketing- Technical NA Location: Amherst, NY Salary: Starting at $140,000 based on experience
We are seeking a results-driven marketing leader with dental laboratory experience to join a dynamic and collaborative North America marketing team. As the Director of Marketing for our dental laboratory portfolio of products, you will lead a team of marketing professionals in driving growth, increasing brand awareness, managing product life cycles including launching new products, and supporting internal and external sales teams.
Key Responsibilities include:
Develop and implement tactics that align with global marketing strategies
Drive results through the implementation of North America marketing strategies
In collaboration with the team, lead the formulation of comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with overall business objectives, considering market trends and competitor analysis.
Direct the implementation of marketing campaigns across various channels, ensuring effective messaging and brand consistency
Utilize data analytics to assess campaign performance, customer behavior, and market trends, adapting strategies for optimal results.
Participate in budget, pricing, and forecasting in collaboration with our finance team
Develop and manage the marketing budget, allocating resources efficiently to maximize
Foster a culture of innovation within the marketing team, encouraging the exploration of new tools, technologies and approaches
Qualifications:
Four-year degree (BS or BA); MBA preferred but not required or related field expertise.
Strong marketing background required
Experience within the dental lab space required
Three plus years' experience managing people with strong interpersonal skills.
Proven leadership skills with an ability to communicate with and manage diverse relationships both domestically and abroad.
Analytical skills, ability to think strategically and execute marketing plans efficiently.
