Job Duties: - Operate and monitor automated packaging equipment
- Perform routine changeovers and quality checks
- Inspect packaged products for accuracy, seal integrity, and labeling
- Maintain cleanliness of work area and follow safety/food safety guidelines
- Assist with general production tasks as needed
- Communicate with team leads and support team goals
Requirements: - Previous manufacturing or packaging experience preferred
- Strong attendance record and proven reliability in past roles
- Stable work history - candidates with consistent employment are strongly preferred
- Ability to stand for 12-hour shifts and lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
