About the Role
The Company is in search of a Vice President of Publisher Development to spearhead the growth and strategic expansion of its publisher-facing business. The successful candidate will be tasked with leading the business development and account management teams, driving regional strategy, and increasing revenue across North America and into Latin America. This executive will be pivotal in shaping the company's supply-side vision, with a focus on omnichannel supply, and will be expected to have a deep technical understanding of programmatic advertising, a strategic mindset for business development, and a proven ability to build and lead high-performing teams. Key responsibilities for the Vice President include developing and executing mid-to-long-term strategies for the publisher business, establishing the company as a thought leader in the industry, and leading a team to foster strong publisher relationships and deliver innovative, data-driven monetization solutions. The role also involves driving the new supply pipeline across various digital channels, prospecting and closing strategic partnerships in emerging verticals, and providing market intelligence to inform the company's product roadmap. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years' experience in programmatic sales and operations, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role, and a proven track record of exceeding sales quotas. Strong executive presence, excellent communication skills, and a high-energy, self-starter mentality are essential, with a preference for candidates with experience in the LATAM and Canadian markets, Spanish language proficiency, and a background in CTV partnerships.
