We currently have an opening for an experienced full time Housekeeping Position in Lynnwood, WA. A positive, can do attitude is a must!
We offer:
*$18.29 per hour
*Employees earn PTO with the ability to carry over up to 120 hours a year. Increased PTO after 6 and 9 consecutive years with Allied Residential.
*9 Paid Holidays every year (New Year's Day, Martian Luther King Jr. Day, Presidents Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, day after Thanksgiving, and Christmas.) *Differs for part time employees*

Requirements:
*Personable and trustworthy.
*Ability to work with and understand the problems of residents.
*Concern for work-safety program.
*Physical aspects of the job may require heavy lifting, bending, kneeling, stooping, climbing, balancing, and carrying.
*Good customer service, leadership, and communication skills
*Positive attitude and willingness to participate in a team environment
*Consistent work history and verifiable references
*Ability to pass drug/background and reference check
*Valid driver's license
*Ability to read and write in English
