- We are seeking a strategic and client-focused Client Partner with a strong consulting background and hands-on experience supporting or working with The Walt Disney Company.
- This is a critical client-facing role responsible for driving solution delivery, nurturing senior relationships, and ensuring end-to-end project success in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- The ideal candidate will bring a blend of delivery excellence, business consulting, and domain expertise in media, entertainment, or hospitality to deliver high-impact IT solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Delivery Ownership: Lead the successful delivery of complex IT/digital transformation projects for Disney, ensuring alignment with business goals, timelines, and budgets.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Develop and maintain trusted advisor relationships with senior stakeholders (Director/CXO level) at Disney to understand evolving business needs.
- Consulting & Solutioning: Leverage consulting experience to define strategic roadmaps, support solution design, and ensure value-driven delivery outcomes.
- Program Governance: Drive program-level planning, risk mitigation, and performance tracking, ensuring governance and executive reporting standards are met.
- Team Leadership: Collaborate with internal delivery teams, domain SMEs, and third-party partners to ensure seamless execution and high client satisfaction.
- Growth Contribution: Identify expansion opportunities within the Disney account by surfacing business challenges and aligning with relevant capabilities.
