Position Summary Functions as a Team Leader of the Mobile Crisis Response (MCR) team, which provides mental health treatment to children, adolescents, and their families. The team provides continuity of program services in an ethical, legal and moral manner within a safe and therapeutic environment, consistent with applicable regulatory and accreditation standards. Participate as a team member in the delivery of mental health treatment services to clients and their families and facilitate the issues of recovery into their daily living situations. Qualifications • Master's Degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, Addiction Studies, or other behavioral health related field, or equivalent experience and training • Must qualify as a QMHP per Illinois Department of Mental Health Rule 132 • License as LCPC or LCSW preferred • Knowledge of crisis de-escalation techniques and the ability to remain calm and composed in high pressure situations • Strong verbal communication skills, including the ability to convey information accurately over the phone • Sound judgement to assess situations, determine the severity of crises, and take appropriate action, including referral to emergency services • Excellent written and oral communication skills • Strong communication skills essential; adept at collaborating across departments and engaging with leadership at all levels. • Strong computer skills required, including proficiency in operating various software applications, and navigating digital platforms effectively • Valid driver's license and ability to meet agency insurance requirements • Must have own transportation • Belief in the mission and vision of Rosecrance Responsibilities 1. Work hours prescribed and any additional hours deemed necessary for the responsibilities assigned. (Some on-call hours are required for this position.) 2. Provide oversight and direction to community-based intervention and support team. 3. Provide clinical supervision to team members. 4. Complete requirements for review and signing of all required clinical documentation. 5. Ensure that individual and group census numbers are within required fidelities. 6. Provide individual, group and family counseling 7. Provide crisis intervention services as needed. 8. Provide case management and group coverage when needed. 9. Act as point person when assigned 10. Facilitate team meetings and case reviews 11. Provide guidance and clinical supervision to the assigned team in conjunction with ongoing supervision provided by the Director 12. Become familiar with all related state and county contracts, and complete monthly reports as required. 13. Understand and comply with all the principles established by the Rosecrance Corporate Compliance Program and Code of Conduct. 14. Perform all responsibilities in compliance with the mission, vision, values and expectations of Rosecrance. 15. Deliver exceptional customer service consistently to every customer. 16. Serve as a role model for other staff, clients and customers and demonstrate positive guest relations in representing Rosecrance. 17. Assume other related responsibilities as assigned. Schedule

Compensation & Rewards
  • Base Pay: (pay is based on education, experience, and credentials)
    • Starting at $$64,539.07/year
    • Professional Certification (e.g., CADC, CRSS, or CPS): +$0.72/hour (equivalent of +$1,500 annualized) 1st Level Clinical Licensure (e.g., LPC/LSW/LMSW): +$0.87/hour (equivalent of +$1,800 annualized) 2nd Level Clinical Licensure (e.g., LCPC/LCSW/LMHC): starting at +$2.16/hour (equivalent of +$4,500 annualized)
