Program Description The Reentry Case Management and Clinical team offers mental health services to TAY and adults with mild to moderate and severe mental health conditions that includes a continuum of care, including treatment of dual diagnosis of justice system-impacted individuals. The program will help increase coordination among its service delivery systems; support clients in navigating transition of care; expand the inter-disciplinary treatment team approach of planning of care, treatment, supervision and services for individuals; and improve client outcomes to reduce recidivism among residents receiving supervision under AB 109 (realignment). Job Description
- Under the supervision of the Division Director of Justice Services, the Program Director provides clinical support and administrative oversight for all members of the team
- Coordinates and conducts trainings for program staff; facilitates program development and growth
- Works with Felton Director of Quality Management to ensure high quality documentation, reporting and accurate billing for services
- Help to facility individual and group clinical supervision for BBS registered Clinicians, Case Managers, and Peers
- Review staff documentation to ensure compliance and clinical quality
- Work with Quality Assurance staff to provide guidance in proper charting/documentation practices to meet all county and Felton standards and funding requirements.
- Lead weekly staff meetings and participate in agency-level meetings monthly and as needed Collaborate closely with community partners for referrals, linkage networks, etc.: Adult probation, county departments, adult schools, community-based social service providers, etc.
- Monitor program's productivity, to include outreach, referrals, intake, and assignments.
Minimum Requirements and Qualifications
- Masters degree or higher in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related clinical field with active BBS-registration in California.
- Master's degree in social work, psychology, and counseling or related field (preferred)
- A minimum of 2 years as an MFT, LCSW or Psychologist who meets BBS/BOP requirements for clinical supervision (preferred)
- A minimum of 3 years direct service experience with community-based therapy services; experience with justice involved populations strongly preferred
- At least 3 years prior experience in administration, cooridantion and/or supervision of mental health, case management/counseling services programs required.
