The Warehouse Fulfillment Associate plays a vital role in supporting warehousing, logistics, and production needs at Food for Thought, a subsidiary of Tamarack Holdings.

In this role, you'll handle daily operations for order fulfillment, receiving, shipping, and inventory management. You'll pick and pack orders, manage inbound and outbound shipments, maintain inventory accuracy, and provide hands-on production support as needed. Flexibility is essential because daily tasks will vary based on operational needs.

Key Responsibilities

Warehouse Operations:

• Pick and pack orders following FIFO (First In, First Out) guidelines.

• Receive inbound materials, verify against packing slips, and coordinate dock appointments.

• Generate Bills of Lading (BOLs), packing slips, and shipping labels.

• Conduct routine cycle counts and assist in physical inventory checks.

• Stage materials for production and internal transfers.

• Load and unload materials and finished goods safely.

Production Support (as needed):

• Assist in the production area with staging ingredients and handling finished goods.

• Maintain Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), sanitation, and safety guidelines.

• Assist with cleaning, line changeovers, and shift transitions.

Work Environment:

• The role involves working across warehouse, production, and driving environments, with regular exposure to cold storage, heated processing areas, and outdoor weather conditions. PPE is required in the warehouse and production areas to ensure safety.

Schedule:

• Monday - Friday; 8:00 am - 4:30 pm

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Warehouse experience.
• ERP system experience: Fishbowl experience a plus.
• Manufacturing or production experience (preferred).
• Forklift certification or the ability to obtain one.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for extended periods, and perform manual tasks in varying environments.
