What You'll Be Doing
Operate and maintain equipment to support plant operations
Perform general clean-up and housekeeping duties across the facility
Assist with routine inspections and minor maintenance tasks
Support production teams with material handling and loading
Follow all safety protocols and contribute to a safe work environment

Demonstrated ability to work safely and follow procedures
Strong work ethic with a willingness to learn and take initiative
Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
Comfortable working in physically demanding and outdoor environments
Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
Conditions of Employment
Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug screen, and background check
Must meet all company safety and compliance requirements
Work Environment
Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
