What You'll Be Doing:

• Ensure quality and portion control of all meals served.
• Engage in food preparation and cooking techniques.
• Create visually appealing food presentations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization within the kitchen.
• Properly store food to safeguard freshness and safety.
• Adhere to safe food handling policies and procedures.

What We're Looking For:

Must-Haves:

• At least one year of culinary experience in a busy kitchen environment, with a focus on scratch cooking.
• Strong understanding of culinary methods, techniques, and standards.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to multitask in a high-energy setting.
• Proficiency in using various kitchen tools and equipment, as well as identifying food items.
• Experience in customer service.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Food handlers' certification.

$22.00 per hour
