Job duties
- Oversee each assigned project.
- Ensure construction work complies with contract requirements and meets project schedule
- Review construction project plans, specifications, and shop drawings
- Issue Purchase Requests to buy raw materials for fabrication.
- Process RFI, and change orders
- Manage and schedule shop drawing processing, shop fabrication, and field installation
- Communicate and coordinate with clients and inspectors to ensure project is progressing smoothly
- Attend construction site meetings
- Cost control to maximize the profit
- Train and allocate different projects to Project Engineers
Basic Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Civil/Structural Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture or equivalent
- Great attitude towards individual performance and teamwork.
- Able to use Microsoft Excel, Word, and Adobe Acrobat.
- Able to understand Architectural Drawings and Structural Drawings.
- Able to read and write clearly and concisely in English to describe technical / mathematical / geometric / spatial objects and situations.
