Job Summary Our client is seeking a Back Office Manager to join their medical team. This role involves ensuring smooth operations in a healthcare setting, with responsibilities such as EKG, monitoring blood pressure, collecting demographic information, and assisting with follow-up scheduling. Responsibilities / Job Duties

  • Perform EKG and monitor blood pressure.
  • Collect and manage demographic information.
  • Assist in scheduling follow-up appointments.
  • Collect co-payments as needed.
  • Ensure patient satisfaction with visit experience.
Minimum Education and Experience Qualification Requirements Education
  • Medical Assistant diploma.
Qualifications
  • Good bedside manner and patient empathy.
  • Comfortable with medical procedures such as EKG and blood pressure monitoring.
  • Experience using eClinicalWorks is a plus.
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a nice-to-have, but not required.
Schedule / Shift Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm. Benefits
