Job Summary The Clinical Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of clinical services, ensuring high-quality patient care, compliance with regulations, and effective management of the clinical support team. This role requires a blend of leadership, organizational, and clinical expertise to maintain efficient workflows, support staff development, and achieve organizational goals. Essential Functions
- Supervise, mentor, and support clinical staff, including Medical Assistants, Front Desk Associates and Call Center Representatives across 2 practice locations.
- Conduct regular team meetings to communicate updates, provide training, and address staff concerns.
- Participate in the hiring, onboarding, and performance evaluation of clinical team members.
- Ensure all clinical operations prioritize patient safety and satisfaction.
- Monitor the quality of care and address any deficiencies promptly.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation and reports as required.
- Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, accountability, and professional growth.
- Serve as a liaison between clinical staff, administrative staff, and leadership.
- Address patient concerns, escalating unresolved issues as needed.
- Manage staff call-offs by coordinating coverage solutions, including addressing planned PTO and filling position vacancies to maintain operational efficiency.

Requirements Education, Skills, and Experience
- 5+ years of medical assistant experience required or LPN certification in PA, with at least 1 year in a senior or lead role. Dermatology experience highly preferred.
- Certified or Registered Medical Assistant certification.
- Knowledge of patient protocols, procedures, regulations and standards
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in electronic health record systems. Familiarity with ModMed/EMA is highly preferred.
