ggressively growing Community Bank located in Greater Tampa Bay are is seeking a skilled ACH (Automated Clearing House) Banking Payments Specialist with a focus on Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in managing and enhancing payment services for SME clients, ensuring efficient, secure, and innovative payment solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of ACH payment systems, SME financial needs, and banking operations. The candidate must possess the AAP (Accredited ACH Professional) certification. Key Responsibilities: ACH Payroll Specialist: Handle the electronic processing of employee payroll payments through the Automated Clearing House (ACH) network, ensuring accurate and timely direct deposits. Manage and oversee related transactions to ensure seamless, error-free payroll processes. Collaborate with SME clients to understand their unique payment needs and provide customized ACH solutions that align with their business goals. Monitor the performance of ACH transactions, identify potential issues, and work to resolve them promptly. Ensure compliance with ACH regulations, industry standards, and internal policies. Work closely with financial institutions and vendors to manage and optimize ACH payment services. Support the ongoing enhancement and innovation of ACH services to meet the evolving needs of SMEs. Provide guidance and troubleshooting support for clients related to ACH payments, resolving any challenges they may encounter. Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced Certification - AAP (Accredited ACH Professional). Experience: 5+ years of experience in ACH banking, payments, or financial services, with a focus on SME clients. Proven experience with the ACH (Automated Clearing House) payment system. Familiarity with digital payment platforms and fintech solutions. Qualifications and Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client engagement. Proficiency in payment technologies and banking platforms. Understanding of international and domestic payment regulations. Additional Skills (Preferred): Experience in banking operations or payroll services. Knowledge of financial software and payment platforms.
