Job Title: Payroll Associate (Temp-to-Hire) Location: Onsite - Omaha, NE Pay Range: $20-$26/hour About the Role: A fast-growing marketing company in Omaha is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Payroll Associate to join our team. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is excited to grow with a dynamic organization. Key Responsibilities:
  • Process weekly and bi-weekly payroll for hourly and salaried employees
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations
  • Maintain accurate payroll records and employee data
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding pay, deductions, and timekeeping
  • Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure timely and accurate payroll processing
  • Assist with payroll audits and reporting as needed
  • Utilize large ERP systems for payroll processing and reporting
Qualifications:
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field preferred
  • OR at least 3 years of payroll processing experience
  • Experience with large ERP systems is highly preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and confidentiality
  • Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
