As an Appliance Repair Technician at Warners' Stellian, you'll travel throughout the city, using your mechanical skills to bring appliances back to life in customers' homes. You'll be the face of our trusted brand, delivering top-notch service and building customer confidence with every visit. Every day brings a new challenge, a new location, and a new opportunity to make someone's day better. As an Appliance Repair Technician, you will:
- Utilize your problem-solving skills and resources to diagnose and repair appliances in customers' homes
- Provide outstanding customer service
- Continuously expand your skill set by working with over 50+ brands of appliances
- Keep the company vehicle stocked and clean
- Maintain good communication with internal team members
- Enter proper documentation for all work orders
- Maintain and be responsible for all tools (training and work tools are provided)

What You Bring:
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Professional customer service skills
- Appliance Repair Certification is preferred, or will be included in the training process
- 2 years of experience in a mechanical or technical role is desired but not required
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to move heavy appliances with a dolly
- Ability to pass a pre-employment criminal background check and lifting test
- Must successfully pass a 5-panel drug test plus THC testing
