Compassionate Care In-Home Care is seeking a professional, reliable, and detail-oriented Office Assistant to support our growing team. As the heart of our office operations, you'll play a vital role in keeping our care services running smoothly in helping with operating the phone lines and supporting office staff. Position: Office Assistant
Pay: $17.50/hour Job Type: Full-time Location: Fresno, CA (In-Office)
What You'll Do:
Answer and direct phone calls and respond to emails
Phone screen applicants
Provide front office support and greet caregivers and clients with professionalism and warmth
Maintain accurate records, including filing, data entry, and updating databases
Maintain office supply inventory and organize day-to-day operations to keep the office running efficiently
Be a positive and professional point of contact for clients, caregivers, and vendors
What We're Looking For:
Clerical, or office experience required (Administrative, healthcare or caregiving industry experience is a plus!)
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Friendly, compassionate, and professional communication style
Ability to work independently and take initiative
Comfortable with basic computer tasks (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, etc.)
Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus but not required
