Here is what working as a Landscape Design & Sales Specialist at Teddy's Lawn and Landscape will entail:

• Enjoying the achievement of selling unique outdoor living designs that help customers spend more time outside, while staying within their budget
• Taking pride in managing, training, and holding team members accountable
• Participating in hands-on learning and instruction and being willing to adapt to change
• Working with your hands in the great outdoors on job sites when selecting appropriate materials for use in landscape designs and working with project managers to meet customer expectations
• Exemplifying self-reliance by demonstrating the ability to help grow a company that will offer you an environment to learn and advance

We ask that you have these qualifications:

• College degree or equivalent experience
• Proficient knowledge of plant materials and the construction industry
• Ability to prepare estimates and design projects using computer-aided software, 3D design, and by hand
• Excellent time management skills
• Excellent administrative and computer skills
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
• Can speak and read English
• At least 18 years of age
