Key Responsibilities: - Serve as the first point of contact for incoming customer calls
- Assist with billing inquiries and process secure payments
- Manage order updates, changes, and tracking
- Create service cases and escalate issues when necessary
- Accurately document all customer interactions in CRM systems
- Meet performance goals related to quality, accuracy, and efficiency
What We're Looking For: - High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of of consistent work experience in your most recent role
- 2+ years of customer service or call center experience preferred
- Comfortable handling payments and sensitive customer information
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to multitask across systems
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
Additional Requirements: - Must pass a background check and federal drug screening (THC disqualifying)
