Responsible for connecting with new prospects, qualifying leads, and maintaining CRM data accuracy, you'll work closely with the Marketing Manager as the first point of contact for potential clients. Key ResponsibilitiesEngage with Prospects:
- Act as the first point of contact for potential clients, introducing Mohawk Global's services and building rapport.
Qualify Leads:
- Identify and qualify leads to ensure a steady flow of marketing-qualified leads that align with sales objectives.
Research Potential Clients: Use tools like ZoomInfo to gather insights and analyze client needs to help guide outreach efforts. Pipeline Management:
- Support early-stage leads in our sales pipeline, keeping records accurate in Salesforce and ensuring CRM data is up to date.
Respond to Inbound Inquiries:
- Handle inbound calls and lead submissions, qualifying and forwarding opportunities to the appropriate team members.
Coordinate Introductory Meetings:
- Set up introductory meetings between qualified leads and Account Executives to support the sales process.
Support Marketing Campaigns:
- Assist in campaign activities, including automation efforts, to boost lead generation and engagement.
CRM & Reporting:
- Maintain data accuracy and generate reports to track lead flow and trends for continuous improvement.
