Customer Service Representative position available in the Wixom, MI area. This is a contract to hire or direct hire opportunity working at our client location who is a leading manufacturer. Pay: $45K-$50K based on experience. Schedule: First shift, 8:00AM-5:00PM (Onsite) Join the team as a Customer Service Representative, where you'll serve as the main point of contact for customers handling inquiries, processing orders, and supporting production to ensure on-time delivery and satisfaction. Key Responsibilities for the Customer Service Representative: -Respond to customer calls/emails; convert inquiries into orders using our ERP system -Provide quotes, order updates, and delivery timelines -Maintain accurate order and customer data -Manage backlogs and communicate delays -Resolve customer concerns professionally -Coordinate with Manufacturing, Purchasing, Finance, Sales, and Quality teams -Support and train backup CSRs If you're a proactive communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you!
