Billing Analyst

Job Description:

• Responsible for analysis and review of routine and complex billing inquiries received by customers in Small, Middle, and Key & Large group space.
• Responsible for the configuration and maintenance of group customer billing systems, as well as, supporting month end financial activities.

Experience:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including advanced Microsoft Excel skills (contract agency testing preferred).
• Ability to analyze data and produce accurate reporting.
• Advanced analytical, organizational, problem-solving and decision-making skills..
• Billing, accounting or similar experience in office management.
• Strong financial acumen skills.
• Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a complex environment.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Healthcare or similar field is preferred.
