Job Location: Columbus, NE Job Type: Full Time Shift Available: 2nd Compensation: $29.18 - $39.24 /hr

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot advanced electrical systems and PLC programming.
• Build and install electrical control packages.
• Install, troubleshoot, and repair networking systems and production equipment.
• Read and interpret electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics.
• Provide support and training to AE&I Technicians.
• Document daily work in the maintenance management system.
• Assist in maintaining a safe and clean work environment.
• Identify problems and suggest improvements to operational processes.

Required Qualifications:

• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to read and write in the prevalent language of technical literature utilized at the facility.
• Knowledge of hand and power tools.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD Electrical.
• Willingness to complete courses in essential technical skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous industrial maintenance experience.
• A two-year degree related to the maintenance field.
• Leadership experience.
