Become a Document Scanning Associate
Location: (Onsite) Jacksonville, FL
Employment Type : Full-time employment, benefits and team atmosphere
Pay Rate : $17.00/hr
Work Schedule : Monday-Saturday | 7:30am-clean desk (1 day off during week)
Clean Desk Policy: Our Clean Desk Policy means there isn't a fixed time to leave each day. While most days we finish between 5:00 and 6:00 PM, there may be occasions where we stay later depending on workload.
Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Documents Scanning Associate to join our team. In this fast-paced role, you will be responsible for scanning documents, ensuring quality control, and maintaining the flow of documents through the scanning process. This position requires the ability to work efficiently with both large scanning equipment and computers while ensuring high attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate large scanning equipment to digitize documents in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
Perform quality control checks on scanned documents to ensure accuracy and completeness
Organize and prepare documents for scanning, ensuring all files are in proper order
Maintain a consistent workflow to ensure timely processing of documents
Handle and manage scanned files in the appropriate computer systems, ensuring proper organization and storage
Assist in troubleshooting scanning equipment as needed
Collaborate with other team members to maintain productivity and meet daily processing goals
Adhere to established procedures and maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive documents
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required
IMPORTANT!! Must be ok with clean desk policy and working EVERY Saturday. These rules will not change once you are in the door.*
Basic computer skills are required (e.g., navigating software, data entry, file management)
Strong hand-eye coordination and ability to operate large scanning equipment
Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision
Ability to stand or sit for long periods of time while performing repetitive tasks
Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Strong organizational and time management skills
Able to lift up to 30lbs if required
MUST be able to pass Criminal Background screening
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand or sit for extended periods
Ability to lift and carry documents or materials weighing up to [insert weight limit]
Frequent use of hands for scanning and operating equipment

For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition, Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation and/or sick time. The estimated salary range for this role is $26,600-33,250.
