At Home Instead®, we provide a range of home care services that enable seniors to stay in their homes while navigating the challenges of aging with dignity and compassion. As the Director of Patient Services, you will oversee patient care in our home health agency, ensuring top-quality service and adherence to regulations. This vital position involves managing daily operations, including clinical and quality assurance processes, and staff management. You will also play a key role in developing and implementing policies and procedures to uphold our quality standards.

Qualifications:

• NYS Licensed and currently registered as a Registered Nurse
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with a Diploma, Baccalaureate, or Master's Degree
• 2 to 4 years of experience in a patient care setting

Primary Responsibilities Include:

• Clinical Operations Management: Oversee clinical aspects of patient care, develop and implement care plans, and coordinate services across various disciplines.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure all patient care services meet quality standards and comply with regulatory requirements.
• Staff Management: Supervise clinical and administrative staff, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluation.
• Policy and Procedure Development: Participate in creating and executing policies and procedures related to patient care and operations.
• Regulatory Compliance: Guarantee agency compliance with applicable state and federal regulations.

Secondary Responsibilities:

• Complete all requirements of background checks and drug screening.
• Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance are required.

Preferred: Experience in senior care; flexibility for occasional weekend and evening shifts may be needed.
