About the Role We're searching for a Food & Beverage Director of Operations to oversee four restaurants, bars, and event spaces at the June Membership Club. This is a big, hands-on leadership role where you'll set the standard for hospitality, streamline operations across different concepts, and make sure every guest experience is seamless, no matter which venue they choose. Success in this role means quickly embracing our brand and culture, inspiring the team, and creating a positive environment for members, guests and staff. We value flexibility, teamwork, and a hands-on approach-everyone pitches in when needed, and mutual respect is a must. Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee day-to-day operations for all food and beverage venues, ensuring each one runs smoothly and consistently to a very high standard.
  • Develop and implement service standards, operating procedures, and training programs tailored to each concept while maintaining a unified level of excellence.
  • Hire, train, and lead a team of managers, supervisors, and staff across multiple outlets-building a culture of accountability, teamwork, and top-tier hospitality.
  • Collaborate with culinary leaders to coordinate menu launches, special events, and cross-venue promotions.
  • Analyze financial reports, manage budgets, and drive profitability for each venue.
  • Monitor and maintain inventory systems, ordering, and cost controls across all outlets.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and liquor regulations at all times.
  • Address guest feedback, oversee complaint resolution, and ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Foster communication and collaboration between venues, anticipating challenges and solving problems before they hit the floor.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of progressive food & beverage management experience, including multi-outlet or multi-unit oversight.
  • Proven ability to lead large, diverse teams in a high-energy, high-quality environment.
  • Strong background in both front-of-house operations and financial management.
  • Excellent organizational skills-the kind that can juggle multiple priorities without dropping the ball.
  • Experience developing and implementing SOPs, training programs, and service standards across different concepts.
  • Adept at problem-solving, with a calm, strategic approach under pressure.
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative leadership style.
  • Tech-savvy-comfortable with POS systems, scheduling platforms, and financial reporting tools.
  • Passion for hospitality, with an instinct for elevating guest experiences at every touchpoint.
