Job Summary:Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and data-driven Business Intelligence Analyst to support cross-functional reporting and data infrastructure. This is an early-career, full-time position based in Dallas, ideal for someone with 1–3 years of experience in data analytics, category management, or business intelligence.

You'll work closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to deliver insights and maintain the systems that power strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain the centralized Data Infrastructure Hub via SharePoint
• Maintain and update Master Mapping Tables (e.g., Account, SKU, Channel)
• Collect and organize recurring data exports from various departments
• Standardize file naming, formatting, and refresh schedules
• Conduct regular QA checks to ensure data completeness and accuracy
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards , ensuring usability and timely refreshes
• Troubleshoot manual data pipelines and support transitions toward automation
• Partner cross-functionally to gather requirements, validate insights, and streamline reporting
• Lay the foundation for future AI and automation tools by maintaining clean, accessible data systems

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in data management, business analytics, or category analytics
• Proficiency in Power BI (including Power Query), Excel, and SharePoint
• Experience with SQL Server or similar data storage environments preferred
• Strong attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills
• Ability to think critically, communicate insights clearly, and collaborate with non-technical teams

• Thinks beyond dashboards and delivers meaningful business insights
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, data-heavy environment with mostly manual pipelines
• Strong communicator with a balance of data acumen and business understanding
