They are looking to add a Temp Operations Specialist to their team. Salary/Hourly Rate:$20/hr Position Overview:We are seeking a highly organized and adaptable Temporary Operations Specialist to support daily store operations and administrative tasks at our client's Miami office. This is a 2 - 3-month onsite role with an immediate start, offering the opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced luxury retail setting. This is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment where priorities shift daily. Responsibilities of the Temp Operations Specialist:
  • Assist with processing and tracking purchase orders.
  • Manage in-store supplies, including stationery and flower orders.
  • Provide hands-on support for store-level operational needs.
  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Adapt to shifting priorities based on team and store requirements.
Required Experience/Skills for the Temp Operations Specialist:
  • 2 - 3 years of experience in a corporate administrative, operations, or retail role.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Experience/Skills for the Temp Operations Specialist:
  • Experience working in the luxury retail or fashion industry.
  • Familiarity with procurement or inventory systems.
Education Requirements:
