We're assisting a well-funded startup with their search for a Full Stack Engineer. Their infrastructure platform focuses on developing the best model for your AI product. The role will work onsite in their SF office. What you'll do: - Create UI/UX designs for complex product abstractions and transform them into interactive and responsive web applications. - Develop and maintain front-end components using React and other modern JavaScript frameworks. - Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability. - Implement responsive designs and ensure cross-browser compatibility. - Work on the full stack when necessary, including back-end development with technologies such as Node.js or Python. - Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while following best practices and coding standards. - Participate in code reviews and contribute to a high-quality engineering culture. - Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in front-end development and design tools. What you'll bring: - Proven experience as a Full-Stack Engineer with a strong focus on front-end development. - Proficiency in React and its core principles. - Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+). - Experience with front-end build tools and development workflows (Webpack, Babel, npm, etc.). - Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling. - Strong design sensibilities and experience with design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite. - Ability to convert high-fidelity mockups into fully functional web applications. - Experience with version control systems, such as Git. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Strong communication and collaboration skills. Nice to haves: - 3+ years of Experience with back-end technologies like Node.js, Express, or Python/Django. - Knowledge of TypeScript and modern state management libraries (Redux, MobX, etc.). - Understanding of SEO principles and accessibility standards. - Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies. - Contributions to open-source projects or a strong personal portfolio.
