Requirements:
- Education: Doctorate degree (PharmD) from an accredited pharmacy program.
- License: Valid Indiana Pharmacy License.
- Preferred Experience: Recent hospital pharmacy experience within the last 5 years (new graduates with a strong hospital work background will also be considered).
- Preferred Qualifications: Completion of a PGY-1 Residency or similar advanced training.
- We also welcome retail pharmacists with relevant hospital experience.
