Department Case Management Services | Department of Student Support & Transitions Responsibilities Provides intervention for students in crisis by offering services to students with various personal issues. Formulates intervention plans in order to minimize and/or resolve problems (evaluate needs of student and develop a plan of action). Works closely with University Housing, University Counseling Center, and the Mary Coburn Health and Wellness Center to provide comprehensive services to students. Assists with providing workshops and training sessions to assist University staff and faculty in working with students of concern. Partners with other University department and community agencies to determine and/or recommend best resources available to students in crisis. Provides information and referrals for students in need of additional services. Collaborates with other University departments to resolve student problems/issues. Serves on departmental and University-wide committees. Qualifications Bachelor's degree and two years of experience; or a high school diploma/equivalent and six years of experience. (Note: a combination of post high school education and experience equal to six years.)
