\n - Facilitate Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, planning, retrospectives, demos)
\n - Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, engineers, and business stakeholders
\n - Serve as Scrum Master for the API team with potential to grow into managing 2 teams
\n - Gather requirements, write user stories, and support prioritization of work
\n - Guide teams through technical and portfolio modernization initiatives
\n - Use tools like Rally and Jira to structure work and track progress
\n - Act as liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders

\n Requirements: \n
\n - Must-Haves: \n
\n - 5 years of Scrum Master experience
\n - Proficiency with Agile tools (Jira, Rally, etc.)
\n - Experience leading large cross-functional teams and running multiple Agile work streams
\n - Technical experience with AWS Cloud and integration projects
\n - Experience with data modernization (e.g., migrating from mainframe DB2 to PostgreSQL)
