Position Summary We are seeking a skilled and proactive Hardware Product Manager to lead the development and expansion of our product line under the weBoost brand. This is a pivotal role for an experienced product leader who thrives in fast-paced, innovation-driven environments and is passionate about delivering high-impact consumer hardware products. This role is a strong fit for professionals with a passion for consumer electronics and a solid understanding of how hardware and software combine to create high-performing, user-friendly products. You will be responsible for owning the full lifecycle of product development-from ideation through launch and beyond. This includes gathering market intelligence, defining requirements, partnering cross-functionally, and driving successful go-to-market execution. Your work will help shape customer experiences and steer the future of our product portfolio. This position would possibly require a relocation to St. George, UT. Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Strategy & Execution
- Define product vision, strategy, and roadmaps for hardware solutions aligned with business objectives and customer needs.
- Translate market insights and stakeholder input into actionable product requirements and specifications.
- Identify opportunities for innovation in both new product development and continuous improvement of existing products.
Market & Customer Analysis
- Conduct competitive benchmarking and market research to understand industry trends, customer pain points, and pricing dynamics.
- Analyze product usage data, customer feedback, and e-commerce performance (e.g., Amazon) to drive informed decisions.
Hardware & Software Collaboration
- Work with cross-functional engineering teams to define product specifications, technical constraints, and performance criteria.
- Coordinate with software and firmware development teams to ensure seamless hardware/software integration-including embedded systems, mobile app features, diagnostics, and connected services.
- Advocate for the user experience across both hardware and software touchpoints.
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Support, and Operations teams to support successful product launches and sustained market performance.
- Lead communication of product goals, timelines, and deliverables across departments.
Lifecycle Management & Documentation
- Manage the entire product lifecycle from concept to launch, iteration, and retirement.
- Maintain comprehensive product documentation, technical briefs, roadmap updates, and performance tracking tools to support transparency and decision-making.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in hardware product management, ideally in consumer electronics, telecommunications, or connectivity-related sectors.
- Strong ability to synthesize market data and customer insights into product decisions.
- Demonstrated experience working closely with cross-functional engineering and go-to-market teams.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related technical field.
- Must be able to work on-site at our St. George, UT location.
