RWD Analyst
: Job Details :

Responsibilities:

• Executes on statistical analysis plans.
• Checks other analyst's work to ensure quality.
• Evaluate and provide input to database selection, patient population selection and statistical analysis plans.
• Support database management and optimization.
• Develop tools to improve and automate RWD analytic work.
• Develop applications in data visualization and dashboard.
• Participate regular project meetings with the project manager, research stakeholders, and project team members at the agreed-upon schedule and frequency.

Requirements:

• Master's or PhD in epidemiology, biostatistics, math, data science, or similar disciplines required.
• Minimum 4 years of experience working in observational research within the life sciences industry or relevant academic, government, or consulting environment.
• 4 years SAS programming experience is required (preferred 5 plus); other programming skills such as, SQL, R, Python, MATLAB, HTML are preferred.
• Experience working with large databases is required. Experience working with AWS is preferred.
• Knowledge of US healthcare system, health insurance billing/claims data, and electronic medical record data.
• Familiarity with data analysis methods, data management, and data visualization.
• Skills of data visualization and knowledge of dashboard creation using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, is preferred.
