Join to apply for the Intake Coordinator - Sunnyvale, CA role at TELUS Digital 3 days ago Be among the first 25 applicants Position Details Location: Sunnyvale, CA (onsite) Schedule: Mon - Fri, business core hours Status: Full-time, Temporary Start date: ASAP Duration: 3 months Rate: $25.00 per hour TELUS Digital is seeking a temporary Intake Coordinator who will interact directly with participants upon their arrival onsite and manage participant intake. The role reports to the Site Manager, with training provided before data collection begins. Responsibilities Welcome and register research participants at the job location. Monitor and support participants during their time onsite. Track participant schedules, appointment arrivals, and research completion. Identify and resolve logistical questions and challenges. Ensure accurate data collection during registration. Check out participants and provide payment information. Requirements Availability to work the requested schedule. Excellent customer service attitude and demeanor. Experience in customer service, reception, scheduling, and administrative tasks. Ability to work with diverse populations in a customer service setting. Highly organized, self-driven, and able to work independently. Proficiency with Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Gmail).
