Purpose of Position: As an Associate Division Recruiter at West Shore Home, you will identify and attract top talent to fulfill the needs of the organization across all levels and locations. Key Role Accountabilities:
- Thoroughly qualify candidates for front line Divisional Operations roles within West Shore Home.
- Manage the entire candidate life cycle, which includes but is not limited to, reviewing resumes to identify potential, conducting phone screens to identify candidates who match the requirements of the role, send assessments to candidates, and schedule successful applicants for interviews with hiring managers.
- Accountable to hitting KPI's designated by Divisional Operations Recruiting Manager and Director of Talent Acquisition as necessary to maintain business-needed headcounts.
Must-Have Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or commensurate agency or corporate recruiting experience in a high volume, fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
- A track record of success working in a KPI metric environment.
