Job DescriptionPart-Time Respiratory Therapist - RRT Only - Wooster, OH Day Shift |Up to 20hrs/wk Pay scale: $37-$39/hr Connected Health Care, a leading recruitment and staffing firm, is partnered with a top-tier healthcare facility in Wooster, Ohio, seeking a Part-Time Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT). This is a rewarding opportunity to work in a compassionate clinical environment while providing vital care to patients in a picturesque rural community. Job Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality respiratory care in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols
- Monitor, evaluate, and record patient progress and response to treatments
- Operate and maintain respiratory therapy equipment including ventilators, CPAP, BiPAP, and oxygen systems
- Perform arterial blood gas (ABG) testing and other diagnostics
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
- Provide patient and family education regarding respiratory conditions and treatments
Education and Certification Requirements:
- Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) - No CRTs accepted
- Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Therapy program
- AHA BLS Certification required; ACLS preferred
- Must be licensed or eligible for licensure in the state of Ohio
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience preferred
