- Evaluate patients to develop individualized treatment plans
- Implement therapeutic exercises and functional mobility techniques
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans accordingly
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other allied health professionals
- Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and home safety techniques
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation in EMR systems
- Promote patient independence and enhance quality of life
Education & Certification Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Current license to practice Physical Therapy in North Dakota (or compact state eligibility)
- BLS Certification required
- Minimum of 1 year of PT experience preferred
- Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills
