Mandatory Skills: QSR experience , Power BI/Tableau/ QlikSense SQL Role Overview: We are looking for a proactive and experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) industry. This role demands hands-on engagement with stakeholders across business and technology teams to identify opportunities, gather requirements, and deliver impactful solutions leveraging the power of Generative AI (GenAI) to solve real-world business challenges. Key Responsibilities: Business Analysis & Documentation • Conduct Discovery Workshops with business users to understand domain-specific, functional, and process requirements. • Create detailed Process Design Documents (PDDs) and other business artifacts. • Analyze and document current and future state processes with a focus on operational efficiency and customer experience. Stakeholder Engagement • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, operations, and finance to gather insights and align on business goals. • Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure clarity and feasibility of requirements. • Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and lead training sessions for end-users. GenAI Solution Enablement • Work closely with technical teams to conceptualize and deliver GenAI-powered solutions that address business pain points. • Translate business needs into AI use cases such as AI Assistants, Customer Personalization, Demand Forecasting, Campaign Optimization and intelligent automation. • Support the design and validation of AI models and ensure alignment with business objectives. Marketing & Growth Enablement • Partner with marketing and sales teams to identify and implement strategies that drive customer engagement and revenue growth. • Analyze campaign performance, customer behavior, and sales trends to provide actionable insights. • Contribute to the development of loyalty programs, promotional initiatives, and digital engagement strategies. Required Skills & Experience: • Minimum 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst • 5+ years of experience in Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) or Retail Food industry. • Strong understanding of restaurant operations, POS systems and customer engagement strategies. • Experience working with Generative AI solutions or collaborating with AI/ML teams. • Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills. • Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques. • Ability to work onsite and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. • Familiarity with CRM, loyalty platforms and digital marketing tools. • Exposure to GenAI platforms such as OpenAI, Azure AI, or Google Vertex AI.
