Job Description & RequirementsTravel ICU Registered Nurse – Charge Nurse Experience Preferred Location: New York (Local candidates preferred – within 75 miles) Contract Length: 36 or 48 hours per week (Flexible contract options) Shift: 6:30 PM – 7:00 AM (Block scheduling not guaranteed) About the Role: We are seeking experienced ICU Registered Nurses with strong critical care backgrounds and Charge Nurse experience preferred for a travel assignment in a high-acuity hospital setting. Candidates must be comfortable working across multiple ICU specialties, including Neuro ICU, CTICU, SICU, Trauma ICU, MS ICU, and Medical ICU. Unit Details: 42 Beds total: East ICU: 20 beds (Neuro/Med) West ICU: 22 beds (CTICU, Surg/Trauma) Floating required to all units except Behavioral Health and ER (unless holding) Common patient diagnoses include strokes, sepsis, neuro intervention, cardiogenic shock, trauma, and post-operative care Specialty equipment: IABP, CRRT (Prismaflex or NxStage), Ventriculostomy, ICP monitoring, TTM (Arctic Sun) Requirements: Active NY RN license Current AHA ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications Minimum 2+ years ICU experience in one or more of the following: ICU, SICU, CTICU, Trauma ICU, MS ICU, Neuro ICU Skills checklist matching specialty required Driver's license with address matching demographics EMR experience required – EPIC preferred Must have experience with CRRT and Prismaflex Heart experience highly preferred (priority for management)Additional Details: Scrub color: Navy Floating to different ICU units as needed High-acuity patient care environment with a diverse patient population How to Apply: Please submit your resume along with: Current certifications (ACLS, BLS, NIHSS) Verified NY RN license and all other active licenses 2 ICU Charge Nurse/Manager references Skills checklist Driver's license with matching address RTO availabilityEqual Opportunity Employer / Disabled / Protected VeteransThe Know Your Rights poster is available here: />The pay transparency policy is available here: />For temporary assignments lasting 13 weeks or longer, the Company is pleased to offer major medical, dental, vision, 401k and any statutory sick pay where required.We are committed to working with and providing reasonable accommodations to individuals with disabilities.
