Job Description The Mission Critical PM - Ashburn, VA (NoVA Region) will be responsible for:
- Managing mission critical/data center projects ranging from $5M-$40M+
- Overseeing all phases of project delivery, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution
- Collaborating with Superintendents, APMs, architects, engineers, and clients to ensure alignment
- Monitoring project financials, including forecasting, P&L tracking, and cost control
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships to support long-term partnerships
- Contributing to a collaborative, team-driven culture through active leadership and communication
- Ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and contractual requirements throughout the project lifecycle

The Successful Applicant The Mission Critical PM - Ashburn, VA (NoVA Region) will have:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred)
- 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction (mid- to senior-level PMs encouraged to apply)
- Prior experience in Mission Critical/Data Center builds strongly preferred
- Solid knowledge of MEP systems; MEP-heavy GC experience welcome (no subcontractor-only backgrounds)
- Experience with mid-sized GCs preferred, though adaptable candidates from large firms will be considered
- Proven track record managing budgets, forecasting, and reporting
- Existing client relationships or a strong network is a plus
- Effective communicator with a team-oriented, solution-driven mindset
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and standard project management tools
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to juggle multiple priorities
- Must be local to Northern Virginia - no relocation offered at this time
